The Jefferson Township Fair is solely volunteer run, and operated. If you, or your organization is interested in volunteering at the fair, contact a board member, or email volunteer@jeffersontwpfair.org to sign up, or get information. Any person, or group who volunteers at the fair, will receive credit for community service hours. Also, any group (ex. Boy Scouts), at the fair boards discretion, may be eligible to receive a donation based upon the service performed (If donation is approved by the fair board, and accepted my the volunteering group, they are not eligible for community service credit.) .All volunteers must sign in at the fair office. All Rules & Regulations for Volunteers are strictly enforced.

Here are some of the ways you could be a part of the fair:

  • Entry Day Assistants (Exhibit Building, & Judging Day)

  • Parking Lot Attendants (Good for: Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Junior Firefighters, etc.)

  • Food Stand Workers (Must be 16 or older)

  • Kitchen Workers (Sell Dinner tickets in Dining Hall, clean tables, dishes, etc.)

  • Grandstand Admission Gate Workers

  • Pre-Fair setup/cleanup

  • After-Fair tear down/cleanup
