We have our Hot Sausage, Homemade French Fries, Roast Beef Sandwiches, and to finish it off, some good desserts. When you come to check us out, don't forget to bring your appetite!

It's worth the wait...
Well, that's what everyone has been telling us for years. Almost everyone has a craving for our homemade, old-fashioned french fries. Or perhaps you crave the mouth burning sensation from our locally known hot sausage. But, you'll have to wait, the lines are long, and the fair isn't until July.
